The architect's house is located on the ridge to the Pflugstein in the popular lakeside community of Erlenbach. Surrounded by beautifully grown trees, it offers a wonderful view of the lower part of the village and the glistening lake shore.

The garage with three parking spaces is easily accessible from Pflugsteinstrasse. From there, you can reach the garden with its lake view, seating area under the trees and pond via an internal staircase or a beautifully ingrown external staircase.

The rooms on the living floor, dining room, kitchen, office/living room, all open directly onto the garden and thus onto the lake. An open staircase leads from the dining room to a gallery from which the two bedrooms and the bathroom with adjoining dressing room can be accessed. There is also a view of the lake from the bathtub.

The materials, swamp lime, paintwork, polished floors and appliances meet the highest standards. The house has been lovingly maintained by the architect and is in perfect condition.
