It is clear to the architect and general planner Edwin A. Bernet, owner of Integralplan AG in Zug that: “Women sell differently, maybe even better than men!” He admits openly that he was rather sceptical when he approached the team of only women in Walde & Partner’s Thalwil branch for the sale of his eight apartments in a new-build project in Adliswil in 2009. No wonder! During the course of his decade-long activities in the construction industry, he mainly dealt with men. Still very active, the 76-year-old constructor from Zug was impressed with the professionalism and in particular the personal and committed manner of property consultant Patricia Rapelli and her colleagues. “The cooperation was a pure delight,” he says in hindsight. Within just a few months, the properties ranging from 3.5- to 5.5-room apartments were already sold off-plan and in the pre-construction stage. The final contract signings occurred at the end of 2010. The buyers are also completely satisfied. They are enjoying the rural idyll and tranquillity at the foot of the Üetliberg in their attractive apartments.
